After Tim and Mark got the lab tests results back they explained those results in a way that made sense then cleaned up our tank with their diesel anti-foulant technology and had our fuel provider began adding AFS OPT-AF in every delivery. “Bottom line, pre-OPT changing filters every 20-40 hours, post-OPT changing filters at 300 hour normal PM intervals.”
Our fleet has honestly never run better, no fuel related problems what so ever, filters making it to the 300 hour mark with no power loss.” Once a month, for the past 14 months, Tim checked in with a quick text just to make sure we’re not having any issues and just recently he stopped in and pulled more samples just to make sure we’re staying on track with perfect fuel; now that’s customer service.
