This locally owned and operated business provides clean and efficient heating fuel and services for homes and businesses throughout the region. “We only purchase treated premium fuel oil; we treat every load of fuel brought to us as it enters our tank. We also have humidity control on all of our storage tanks,” Walsh says. He adds that they also regularly send out fuel samples. to an independent lab for testing to ensure that there is no bacterial contamination.
“Davis oil does a great job of taking care of their customers and brand,” says Barry Aruda, the New England Territory manager for Advanced Fuel Solutions. “Treating their fuel at the bulk plant with a multifunctional stabilizer package, as well as a drying agent called TankDry, they’re able to keep the stored heating oil free from moisture, which is the number one contaminant in fuel. Time and temperature changes can lead to condensation in tanks of all sizes, and Davis is unwavering in their fight against that, in order to protect their customers’ heating oil systems.”
